Doing the Good Launches Annual Pajama Drive to Support Long Term Care Residents
Fort Wayne – Doing the Good, an entity of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program, is excited to announce the launch of its annual Pajama Drive, aimed at bringing warmth and comfort to local nursing home residents. The drive will run from March 20 through April 30, with multiple drop-off locations across Northeast Indiana.
Community members are encouraged to donate new adult-sized pajamas (S–6XL) to help ensure that nursing home residents receive essential clothing items. The pajamas must be new with tags.
"Every donation makes a difference! These pajamas provide warmth, dignity, and a reminder to our nursing home neighbors that they are loved and valued," said Zanzy Lewis, executive director.
