Our annual pajama drive allows us to bring ‘good’ comfort to our nursing home residents.
Each year, the community donates pajamas, sweatpants and shirts, nightgowns and loungewear of all types so that nursing home residents can have a comfortable option for clothing. We collect new items (with the tags still on) for both women and men from sizes small to 6XL. Together with Doing The Good’s volunteer help, we sort and prepare these items for delivery to area residents. If you are interested in donating, volunteering or being a drop-off site, please let us know!
Doing The Good, an entity of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program, is excited to announce the launch of its annual Pajama Drive, aimed at bringing warmth and comfort to local nursing home residents.
The drive will run from March 20 through April 30, with multiple drop-off locations across Northeast Indiana.
Community members are encouraged to donate new adult-sized pajamas (S–6XL) to help ensure that nursing home residents receive essential clothing items. The pajamas must be new with tags.
Not sure what to get? Use the button below to order online from our wish list OR you can donate a financial contribution online which can be used for the pajama drive.
